Lisa has been more than a tremendous help in assisting me purchase my first home. She is not only my realtor but my family now and I couldn’t be more grateful to her for her diligence and representation. From the moment I met her she has had my best interest at heart. It was like she saw a bigger vision for me and didn’t stop until she knew I was satisfied. I trust her judgement and attention to detail. She’s a go getter, a fighter and master negotiator. She’s the best you’ll ever come by!

Lisa led us through the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home. She was amazing throughout both events. Both situations had their fair share of ups and downs but Lisa was there each step of the way to make sure we were on the right track. Aside from being our real estate agent, she acted as the coordinator to make sure everyone was fulfilling their own roles. She helped us maintain a positive attitude while also tempering our expectations. Overall, we have a lot of gratitude and respect for Lisa. We recommend her without reservations. If we were ever to go through this process again, Lisa would be our absolute go to real estate agent.

Lisa helped us begin looking for our first home in NJ in Summer 2020. We were all over the place with where we wanted to be, how much we wanted to spend, if we wanted something move-in ready or to renovate on our own. Lisa was patient and quickly picked up, after a few visits, the things we really cared about and the things that were just “nice to haves.” We quickly found a home we loved and Lisa gave us very good guidance on the process and putting together an offer.It’s worth mentioning this was during a time the market was fairly crazy. We didn’t think we needed to offer too much for the houses we liked, and Lisa was correct that we would lose out. That happened a few times. We were frustrated. But Lisa kept persisting that we continue to look and it would work out. When we found a house we loved, Lisa spent hours on the phone with the other realtor helping our offer get accepted out of a few very similar ones. I have no doubt that without her fighting for us, we would not have gotten the house.I highly recommend her and her team. It was a great experience and we miss looking at houses with her! And most importantly, we ended up buying our favorite house among 20+ that we looked at.

I found Lisa Taylor to be very professional working with my husband and myself in finding the perfect house for us. After showing the first house, she was very intuitive and understood exactly what we were looking for. We only saw houses that were in our price range, and fit our needs. Also she explained the process to me step by step. She was always available to answer questions that I had whether it was from wondering if I should rent a home or purchase one. Lisa was such a pleasure. I would use the term bull dog to describe her in the most positive light possible. She was on top of all the other realtors that would stall the process so much and she just would not allow it. She always listened and understood our unique needs. Highly recommend!!!
